At Sapphire HR, we offer an Outsourced HR Department for Small Businesses to access via our HR Unlimited Service.. You get a full team of HR experts, just like a big corporation, but at a fraction of the cost of hiring in-house.

  • HR Software: incorporate an easy-to-use online HR management system. This platform provides a dashboard with extensive and valuable management reports. It efficiently manages all HR-related tasks, from document administration to handling leave requests, tracking absences, and securely storing employee data
  • HR Administration: We draft all letters and documents related to HR Cases and take care of the day-to-day support for your HR Software too.
  • HR Policies: You have access to a minimum of 26 HR policies on your HR system, updated for 2024’s law changes. You also receive unlimited updates, and we’ll also create custom HR policies to suit your business’s needs.
  • HR Contracts: Employment contracts tailored to your business.
  • HR Updates: Monthly HR and employment law updates through our newsletter.
  • Amazing Benefits: Access to benefits from our partner organisations.
  • Complete Reassurance: You become the beneficiary of our Employment Practice Cover, protecting you from legal costs of up to £250,000 per claim or £1 million per year, provided you have followed our advice and then face an Employment Tribunal Claim.

What We Need from You?

We do a lot of work upfront, so we ask for a 12-month contract. We’ll check in with you regularly, but between months 10-11 we’ll also have a chat to see if you want to continue.

We’ll need you to provide us with some basic information about your business and we will also need some basic employee information to get your software system set up. However, your onboarding coordinator will take care of all of this for you.

We also need you to be honest with us when seeking advice.

Who is this service for?

This service is best for employers with more than 5 employees and up to 250 employees. If you have more or fewer employees, we can discuss other options which might be a better fit.

FAQs

Can I try before buying? Yes, book a half-hour slot with one of our consultants. We also offer a free trial of our HR Software System.

How do I sign up? Call us or use the Contact Us section on our website. We’ll need a few details and your signature on an agreement.

Will I be speaking to a call centre? No, we’re a team of HR consultants. You’ll have one of us as your main contact who works in partnership with your business. For more information about us and our values click here.

How long am I tied in for? This service requires a 12-month commitment.

How do I cancel? We’ll contact you towards the end of your 12-month period to see if you want to continue. If not, your service will end.

Can you help with a one-off query or project? Yes, you can book a call with an advisor as needed. For complex issues or project support, call us on 0330 124 3732.

Do you advise our employees? No, we only advise the business and those you’ve authorised us to speak to. We are ultimately your advisors, and we work with you and your line managers to deliver upon your business goals.

How does pricing work?

Below, you’ll find our dynamic pricing model. It gives you a clear picture of the cost for our service. If you’re close to surpassing the employee limit and need to shift into a different pricing bracket, we’ll always have a conversation with you first, before any changes occur. You can always find our pricing on our website – it’s completely open and straightforward.

What are the payment methods?

You have two options for payment. You can either settle the yearly fee on the day the service starts, or we can divide the annual fee into 12 equal parts and collect it on the first day of each month through our payment provider.
