Our flexible HROD Service, billed by the hour, is designed to give you complete control over your HR costs. You’re not tied down to fixed retainer fees or lengthy contracts. Instead, you have the ability to tap into our HR expertise whenever required. You only pay for the actual service hours used, making it a preferred choice for some of our small business partners.

What’s Included?

Who is this service for?

This service is for employers who are in need of assistance from a HR Consultant but who prefer to opt for a short-term solution. They understand that this is a more responsive service, designed to tackle issues as and when they arise, and acknowledge that it may be more expensive in the long run compared to more comprehensive outsourcing packages. Alternatively, they may have a specific project that they require the services of an external HR Consultant to assist with for example managing a redundancy process or an appeal.

If we find that your needs are outside our area of expertise, don’t worry. We’ll connect you with the appropriate expert from our broad network. This service is complimentary as we enjoy bringing people together.

Finally, we’ll need your agreement to our business terms to allow us to act for your business.

What exactly are HROD Credits?

We offer two distinct types of support through our credits system – Silver and Gold.

Silver Credits: These can be redeemed for remote services only. For instance, we can provide advice on a grievance remotely, but the Line Manager would conduct the hearing.

Gold Credits: These can be redeemed for both on-site and remote services. For instance, we can chair a grievance hearing at your location.

Our credits system is designed to provide you with quick and flexible access to advice as and when needed.

Moreover, it ensures that you receive every minute that you pay for – one credit equates to one hour of access to our services.

What do you mean by across

The employee lifecycle is the series of stages an employee goes through during their time with your organisation, from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and eventually, offboarding.

Do you advise our employees? No, we only advise the business and those you’ve authorised us to speak to. We are ultimately your advisors, and we work with you and your line managers to deliver upon your business goals.
