New Team Members and Promotions
As part of our growth, we are delighted to welcome new members to the Sapphire HR team and celebrate the achievements of our existing staff.
Ryan Elliot (Assoc. CIPD) has joined us as a HR Support Advisor. Ryan recently completed his undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and brings fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to our team. He joins us from the People Team at Greggs PLC, where he gained valuable experience in HR practices. Ryan’s addition to our team underscores our commitment to bringing in talented individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing exceptional HR support.
In addition to welcoming new talent, we are proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Gray (MCIPD) to the position of HR Support Lead. Ashley has been an integral part of our team, consistently demonstrating dedication and expertise in her role. In her new position, Ashley will be responsible for ensuring client success from the Helpdesk. She will be proactively booking client reviews to ensure that all our clients are receiving the HR support they need. Moreover, Ashley will work closely with clients to help them achieve their people management and business goals, reinforcing Sapphire HR’s ongoing commitment to working in partnership with our clients.
We also continue to collaborate with our partners, who are listed at the bottom of our monthly newsletter, to enhance the value of your Sapphire HR subscription. Over the coming months, we’ll be featuring additional content from these partners to increase awareness of the extra benefits available to you.
Training and Events Re-Launch
Alongside the office expansion, we’re also re-launching our training and events programme. This programme is designed to provide you with valuable insights and skills in various aspects of people management.
