Our service includes everything you need to get started. From employment contracts to apprenticeship agreements, we’ve got you covered. But that’s not all. We understand that HR doesn’t stop at hiring. That’s why we’re offering eight hours of flexible HROD (HR On Demand) support. Whether you have a question about employee rights, need advice on handling a difficult situation, or simply want to ensure you’re following best practices, our HR experts are just a ticket away.

We also provide a range of critical HR policies. These policies aren’t just a legal requirement – they’re a way to show your employees that you care about their rights, their safety, and their well-being. Our essential policies include:

Plus, with Breathe HR’s mobile app, you can manage HR tasks on the move, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your HR responsibilities.

What Do We Need from You?

Our ‘HR in a Box’ service is designed to be a flexible and ‘ready to go’ HR solution. To get started, simply book a call with one of our advisors. They will provide everything you need to set up your policies and new HR software.

For the subscription, you have the option to pay in full or set up a direct debit for instalment payments. We aim to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for you.

How much does HR in a Box Cost?

HR in a box starts from £780 per annum excluding VAT for the package outlined above.

Additional services and policies can be added depending on your specific needs.

FAQs?

Can I try before buying? Yes, book a half-hour slot with one of our consultants to talk through whatever it is you need. We also offer a free trial of our HR Software System.

How do I sign up? Call us or use the Contact Us section on our website. We’ll need a few details and your signature on an agreement.

Will I be speaking to a call centre? No, we’re a team of HR consultants. You’ll have one of us as your main contact who works in partnership with your business. For more information about us and our values click here.

How long am I tied in for? This service is a fixed-fee amount for a years subscription. This remains the case should you choose to pay in installments.

How do I cancel? We’ll contact you towards the end of your 12-month period to see if you want to continue. If not, your service will end.

Do you advise our employees? No, we only advise the business and those you’ve authorised us to speak to. We are ultimately your advisors, and we work with you and your line managers to deliver upon your business goals.

What are the payment methods?

You have two options for payment. You can either settle the yearly fee on the day the service starts, or we can divide the annual fee into 12 equal parts and collect it on the first day of each month through our payment provider.
